Biographical history

Fred Mueller (1910- ) was a Lutheran pastor.

Mueller was born in Germany on January 10, 1910. In 1922 he immigrated to Canada. In 1930 he enrolled in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (now Waterloo Lutheran University), graduating in 1933.

Fred C. Muller served as pastor to several congregations in Canada: Christ Lutheran in Montreal, Quebec, 1933-35; Redeemer Lutheran Church in Montreal, Quebec, 1935-1942; St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Welland, Ontario, 1942-1945; St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Hamilton, Ontario, 1945-1962; Christ Lutheran Church in Peterborough, Ontario, 1962-1967.

The fonds contains records created and accumulated by Fred C. Mueller throughout his career in as a Lutheran pastor. The majority of the collection is sound recordings of sermons, workshops, choir performances and church services. Also contains publications, correspondence and minutes.
