Biographical history

John Horton (19-- - ) was a professor in the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. Horton taught at the University of Waterloo for over 30 years until his retirement in 1996. His research interests are regional planning and development, rural and resource planning, politics and administration of planning, and citizen participation.

The fonds contains publications, reports, plans and other material pertaining to planning and development, produced and accumulated by John Horton.
