Scope and content

This series contains records of the WLU Alumni Choir, including programs, brochures and photographs.

The WLU Alumni Choir was established in 2001 to allow alumni to re-unite in song. The choir's first performance was in the Maureen Forrester Recital Hall in May 2002. Since then the choir has performed during Laurier Homecoming weekends, in several local churches, and in the Keffer Memorial Chapel. The Keith Knights Memorial Award and the WLU Alumni Choir Scholarship are funded by the choir. To mark its 10th anniversary, the WLU Alumni Choir purchased a baby grand piano as a gift to Wilfrid Laurier University.
